I am having trouble logging in – what’s wrong?
Usually you need to make sure your browser allows cookies in order to log in. If your browser cannot log information about you logging in, it won’t let you in! So check your security settings first. Any further issues, contact us.
Will my membership auto-renew?
Yes memberships automatically update on a monthly or annual basis, which ever you have chosen. You can turn off the renewals in your ‘accounts dashboard’ section or switch to a different plan.
Can I change my contact email address/credit card details?
Yes, you can change this information as well as your avatar on your ‘account dashboard’.
Can I gift a Membership to somebody?
Yes, simply enter your friend’s details on the link below and pay. We will set up the rest!
Can I switch membership plans?
Yes. Click Change plan from the subscription menu item in your account. You’ll be switched to the new plan immediately and charged a prorated amount.
How do I reset my password?
Visit the below link and choose ‘send me reset instructions’. A new password reset link will be sent to your email address. It expires in 4 hours and can only used once. If the link becomes invalid, go through the request again or contact us.
